Changed your mind? No problem: you can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The form below lets you do it in a few clicks, without registering or logging in.
How it works
- Fill in the form below and click “Confirm withdrawal”.
- We immediately send you a confirmation email with the content, date and time of your withdrawal.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal to: 7635 Pécs, Gólya dűlő 27/1, Hungary. Please send it by courier, delivered to this address – we cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery or addressed to a parcel locker or post office. The cost of returning the product is yours.
- We refund the amount you paid, including the delivery charge (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days at the latest, using the payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until the product has arrived back or you have shown proof of sending it.
Please return the product in its original packaging if possible, carefully packed. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
